Using EntreOasis, or accessing content that resides on EntreOasis, binds you to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
What You Should Do- Make the most of EntreOasis and help others do the same.
- Contribute content. Content submitted, posted, or displayed on or through EntreOasis remains the property of its original and respective owners.
- Properly organize new resources and postings by selecting the best and most logical place for them go, so that you and others can easily find them.
- Use the features of EntreOasis in the spirit in which they are intended.
- Notify us, or the member in question, if you see evidence of EntreOasis being used incorrectly.
What You Should Not Do- Do not post items in the wrong places or assign identifiers and features that are not fully accurate.
- Do not upload files that you do not have explicit permission to distribute. You may describe and link to other resources that are publicly available on the Internet, but you must not incorrectly identify yourself as the Copyright Owner.
- Do not post information that you know to be incorrect, false, or misleading.
- Do not post information that may be considered unsafe, harmful, hostile, intimidating, violent, pornographic, offensive, defamatory, libellous, indecent, unlawful, objectionable, prohibited, or generally considered inappropriate for a general audience.
- Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your association or affiliation with a person or entity.
- Do not attempt to interfere, hack, break, extend, or use EntreOasis in any way that is contrary to the services EntreOasis is intended to provide.
What Will Happen If You Do Not Follow the Terms of Use- We will generally fix honest mistakes by moving or editing Content, where and when appropriate.
- In some cases, but not all, we will notify you that you are in violation and provide you a chance to correct the situation. We may also moderate your account for a limited time.
- In cases of repeated misuse, or a single instance of malicious use, we will immediately terminate your account, restrict you from using EntreOasis again in the future, and take additional appropriate action, which may include reporting you to the authorities and legal prosecution.

- MediaSpark and EntreOasis do not claim ownership of Content you submit, post, or display on or through EntreOasis; instead, Content remains the property of its original and respective owners. However, this excludes Ideas and Feedback, as defined in the EntreOasis Terms of Use below.
- If you create a membership account, you may receive communications related to EntreOasis, such as administrative messages, service announcements, and the EntreOasis Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of EntreOasis and you may not be able to opt out of receiving them. If you do not want to receive such communications, do not create a membership account. If already created, you can request that your membership account be deleted.
